Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed nature trails, including parts of the Appalachian Trail. The fire pits and string lights at night added a beautiful vibe to our evenings. Dining at the Barn was a highlight, with tasty vegetarian options and a cozy atmosphere that everyone loved.
One thing to note, the room was a bit smaller than expected, which was a slight letdown for our group.

Would be happy to recommend for a momentary pause
Charming property, inviting atmosphere, offering a delightful breakfast experience with a warm wood-burning fireplace in the bar area and a great selection of cocktails to enjoy by the fire while exploring the stunning grounds by the creek.
Everything was up to par.

The grounds are beautiful and inviting for nature lovers.
I faced numerous issues during my stay. The front desk staff were overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the needs of guests. After calling for towels at the pool multiple times, I had to visit the front desk in person, which was frustrating. Additionally, the pool was closed despite posted hours, limiting our activities and enjoyment.

Just a top selection for taking strolls in Boiling Springs with attractive and competitive value for money. Enjoyed roasting s'mores by the fire pit with friendly staff ensuring everything was perfect. Bring your own pool towels just in case they run low.

We loved exploring the nature trails nearby, including parts of the Appalachian Trail, which was perfect for our adventurous family. The firepits lit up the evenings beautifully, creating a cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the delicious food from the Barn restaurant, which was a hit with everyone, including our child.
My kids wished for more fun activities by the pool.

Stayed at Allenberry Resort recently. The grounds are absolutely stunning. fire pits scattered throughout and the river running by create a beautiful ambiance. The room, a Deluxe King Room, had a comfortable bed but could use more lighting for makeup in the bathroom. We encountered issues with room service. our beds weren't made during our stay, which was disappointing. We also had to trek to the front desk for towels since no one came when we called. Dinner at the restaurant was delightful, with fantastic service and a magical view of the grounds adorned in lights while the food was delicious. The breakfast options from the cafe were delicious too, especially the breakfast bowl and baked oatmeal. However, the pool was closed, which limited our activities. The staff was enthusiastic but seemed inexperienced at times, evident when we faced delays at check-in. Overall, a charming place with potential but could improve its service consistency.
